Let me clarify your question- are you looking for how aspies relate to each other? Or how we relate to 'the rest of the world".

The great irony of writing "a survival guide" and then dying of the strain is not lost on me.

This is a book of how to "fake it"... not about how the Aspie organically relates. ( Although I am sure you will get a sense of it from the things we do not take for granted- and have to "fake").

There really is an ettiquite for Aspies, and for me it starts with an overwhelming desire for a just world where my contribution is recognised. A world where it doesn't matter how I dress or that I talk to myself, or that I don't do eye contact. It is a world where people are respected for their principles and their say:do ratio ( how authentic and honest they are).

One aspies mad rantings....

Please let's not be fakes or our strengths will be nullified- if not our lives.
